Added localization for ePic 1.7

With each release of the product, there is one thing that you asked: “When will it be localized?”. This is particularly true in France, Germany, Italy, Russia and Japan, where our product is well distributed.

In ePic 1.7 we finally add support for German, Russian and Japanese.

However, we have fans of our application, the primary language is not English. If you are willing to help us translate our application in your native language, please contact us, together we will make our product even better.
